A lot of custom careers are written in English and support English strings. But many of them aren't compatible for games installed in other languages because there are no strings supporting the language.
There is a way you can do this for yourself.
Disclaimer: This tutorial should only be used if you're editing the career for your own use. Please respect the terms and policies of the original creator and do not re-upload or distribute the edited career without the original creators permission.
1. Open up the career in s3pe. You should see a file that will look something like: 'Nursing English'. This will be the English String file that supports games installed in English. This allows the game to show up with the correct title and descriptions. You need a file like this in your own language to allow the career to show up correctly in your language.
2. Right hand click on this file and select Copy.
3. Go to 'Resource' and select Paste. This will bring up a dialogue box that looks like this:
4. Change the English to your language (I'll use Dutch as the example for this tutorial but the same applies to all languages). Press the FNV64 button but do not press OK yet.
