I thought, and i hope its okay, that i can show here my actually project. Let me tell something about it ... I was looking for a world, but all worlds i found, was not this i had in my mind. So i go back to that good old sunset valley. but we all know that sunset isn´t perfect, so i bring it in create a world tool and changed it to this was i need. The result is Pleasantville (a lil bit inspired by Pleasantville, NY). I changed the trees cuz there r tons of better ones in ts3 and im not a fan of that palm trees at beach in that town. i changed the street to that darker ones from aurora, changed some texture, all streets renamed, changed and fixed some terrain, reorganized the parts of town so i have a place for my home town university and many more. this town is the reason i found this board here cuz i want some special careers for my town. my projects is still wip but i have some pictures a part of my university formerly Summer Hill Court the beach town hall formerly Mirabella Plaza

You'd never recognise Summerhill Court! It looks lovely, perfect for a homeworld University! That road texture does look much better and I love what you've done with the beach.

That looks wonderful! Have you thought about connecting the military area with the rest of the town? I know Sandy from Around the Sims has done that and opened up some more space over there for lots. Looking great though, lovely job!
