With the Omni Career, you can use a lot designator to select a word requirement in a lot name for your career to show up. So for example, if you had this in your code: <lotdesignator>Leisure</lotdesignator>, your career would show up at 'Sunset Valley Leisure Centre' but not at 'Wellness Gym'.

It's the custom scripting class Twallan created within the Careers mod to incorporate his additions and amendments. To use the Omni Career features, you need this: <FullClassName>NRaas.Gameplay.Careers.OmniCareer, NRaasCareer</FullClassName>
